Exercise Classes
We are now offering free live You Tube exercise classes every Saturday morning at 8:30 am Pacific time. They will be running until February 21st. After the class has aired we will be uploading it to the app so you can do a follow along class whenever its convenient for you. So if you would like access to our entire library join the app.

We are now offering free Foam Rolling classes on You Tube on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 Pacific Time until February 18th.
